Creating a world without barriers is something we all want. Becoming deaf aware is bigger than just improving service, it builds your brand and places you at the forefront of inclusivity.
It’s crucially important, as the training will help you and your staff be able to
- understand the barriers faced by deaf people and people with hearing loss or tinnitus
- feel confident communicating with deaf people and people with hearing loss or tinnitus
- work more effectively with deaf colleagues and colleagues with hearing loss or tinnitus.
Research shows that more than 70% of people who use hearing aids would choose a company with staff who are deaf aware over a company whose staff are not. Sign on today!
The sessions in London will be held at X+Why People’s Mission Hall 20-30 Whitechapel, E1 1EW
