At the Better Business Summit on January 19th 2023, we enjoyed a delicious, plant-based hot lunch! From a Korean braised aubergine, mushroom, and tofu in a gochujang chilli sauce to stuffed peppers filled with spiced rice, roasted peppers, aubergine, and courgettes, there was something for everyone to enjoy.
